My experience includes over 20 hackathons, multiple ERP migration projects, and leadership roles in areas like forecasting, data engineering, and business intelligence. As trainer and mentor, I foster creativity and global connections with a focus on non-linear education.

Created custom web applications from sales reporting and territory mapping to ML-driven demand forecasting and inventory planning. Led an outsourced team of four, coordinated a yearly IT budget of €100k, ran the Zimmer + Biomet SAP and infrastructure integration, and implemented GDPR across Zimmer Biomet Austria.
